Career journey across technology and financial services

Before joining Prodevans Technologies, she worked as a Fractional CHRO, providing independent HR advisory services from September 2025. Earlier, she was associated with ANSR Global Corporation as Associate Director – HR Business Partner from June 2024 to February 2025.

She spent more than five years at IIFL Samasta Finance, from October 2018 to December 2023, working across HR leadership and People & Culture. This was an important phase of her career, particularly in supporting workforce expansion and organisational growth.

Before IIFL Samasta Finance, Raaj served as Head – Human Resources at NetServ Technologies from January 2015 to August 2017. Her earlier experience also includes HR leadership roles at Sensiple Software Solutions and HCL Technologies.

She began her professional journey at Infosys Technologies in August 2000, building the foundation for a career spanning more than two decades in human resources.
