Shavee Sehajpal appointed CHRO of 3i Infotech marks a significant HR leadership move for the IT services company. 3i Infotech announced the appointment on August 25, 2026.

At 3i Infotech, Sehajpal will head the company's human resources function. Her responsibilities will include workforce planning, talent management, employee development, workplace culture and the use of data in HR decision-making.

3i Infotech has appointed Shavee Sehajpal as its Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing in a senior HR leader as the company continues operating across multiple international markets.

The role places her at the centre of the company's workforce strategy, leadership development and broader people agenda.

A cross-sector HR career spanning multiple geographies

Sehajpal joins 3i Infotech with 24 years of experience in human resources. Her career spans technology, IT services, analytics, manufacturing and logistics, with roles covering India, APAC, the US, the UK and Europe.

Before joining 3i Infotech, Sehajpal served as HR Head, India at NTT DATA, where she led the people function for a workforce of around 4,000 employees. She also headed a 30-member team comprising HR business partners and Centre of Excellence professionals.

During her tenure at NTT DATA, she worked on workforce planning, senior-level hiring, performance management, compensation, employee policies and learning programmes. She was also involved in bringing HR practices across four legal entities under a common structure.

Leadership experience across NTT DATA, Algonomy, Honeywell, Maersk, Wipro and TCS

Before NTT DATA, Sehajpal served as Vice President, Human Resources at Algonomy. She has also held HR roles at Honeywell, Maersk Global Service Centres, Wipro and Tata Consultancy Services.

At Honeywell, Sehajpal worked as HR Director for Honeywell Connected Enterprise and supported teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Earlier, at Maersk Global Service Centres, she worked with the finance function and supported a workforce of around 2,800 employees across India, the Philippines and China.

Her experience at Tata Consultancy Services included work in HR technology, competency management, resource management and employee assessment. She was also involved in setting up TCS BPO operations in Ukraine and supported the establishment of an HR function for a large employee base in Mumbai.

Sehajpal holds an MBA in Human Resources from ITM Group of Institutions and a BSc in Zoology from Sri Venkateswara University. She is also a Hogan Certified Executive Coach.
