MetLife GCC appoints Dimple Kaloya as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Kaloya joins MetLife Global Capability Centers after nearly seven years at HSBC, bringing more than two decades of experience across HR, talent, workforce strategy and organisational transformation.

MetLife Global Capability Centers (MGCC) has appointed Dimple Kaloya as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team as the organisation focuses on building future-ready talent and organisational capabilities.

Kaloya assumed the role effective August 17, 2026. She brings more than two decades of experience spanning human resources, consulting, talent management, workforce strategy, people analytics and organisational transformation.

What Kaloya will lead

In her new role, Kaloya will lead the people and organisational agenda at MetLife GCC, with a focus on workforce priorities, talent strategy, operating models and capability development. Her mandate is also expected to support the organisation's efforts to build AI-enabled capabilities and strengthen its role as a strategic enterprise capability for MetLife globally.

Announcing her new role, Kaloya said she was excited about the opportunity to contribute to building a future-ready organisation and creating greater value for MetLife globally. She also highlighted her interactions with the company's business and HR leadership teams during her initial days at MGCC.

Nearly seven years at HSBC

Before joining MetLife GCC, Kaloya spent around seven years with HSBC, where she held senior HR leadership responsibilities.

Most recently, she served as Head of People, Global Capability Network India and Group Functions Global Capability Network and Technology Centers. Her responsibilities at HSBC included HR leadership for large global capability and technology operations.

Prior to HSBC, Kaloya worked with organisations including EY, Aon and WNS Global Services, building experience across HR consulting, organisation design, people analytics, talent management, performance, capability development and employee engagement. She began her career with S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Her career has included assignments across India as well as international markets, giving her experience in supporting large and geographically diverse organisations.

Strengthening MetLife GCC's people strategy

Kaloya's appointment comes at a time when Global Capability Centers are increasingly moving beyond traditional support functions to take on strategic roles across technology, analytics, innovation, operations and enterprise transformation.

For MetLife GCC, strengthening leadership around talent, workforce planning and organisational transformation will be important as the organisation continues to develop capabilities aligned with evolving business and technology requirements.
