HR leadership across global industrial businesses

Stout has built her career across senior HR roles in global industrial and engineering businesses, gaining experience in both strategic and business-facing HR.

Prior to CPM, Stout worked at IMI as Vice President of Human Resources for Global Industrial Automation from January 2023 to April 2024. Her experience at IMI added to her background in working with global industrial businesses and supporting HR strategy across international operations.

A significant part of her career was spent with John Crane, where she held several progressively senior HR positions. From October 2020 to October 2022, she served as Managing Director, Global HR and Talent Management.

Before that, she was Senior Global HR Director, Product Lines from July 2018 to September 2020 and earlier served as Global HR Director, Aftermarket Sales and Service from July 2016 to June 2018.

Across these roles, Stout developed experience in talent management, workforce strategy, leadership support and HR operations across global industrial businesses.

Education and business background

Stout holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma, which she completed between 1999 and 2003.

Her academic background in business, combined with more than two decades of professional experience, has supported her progression through business-facing HR and global talent leadership roles.
