Before joining BNP Paribas India, Bhavna Kumar spent nearly 11 years with Deutsche Bank, building experience across HR business partnering and global corporate functions. In her most recent role, she served as Global HR Lead for Investment Banking, Sustainability, Risk, Finance & Treasury Technology, working closely with leadership across these functions.
During her time at Deutsche Bank, Kumar also served as a Global HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions, Technology and Technology Centres. Her responsibilities included supporting people and organisational priorities across technology-led and corporate teams.
