1. How it works

Install Hire Route, sign in and complete your full candidate profile. Open Refer & Earn to get your personal link. Share it only with friends who agree to receive it.

2. Who can participate

The programme is for genuine, active candidate accounts with a valid email and Indian mobile number. A complete candidate profile is required to receive a personal referral code and to request payment.

3. Successful referrals and points

A new friend must use your link or enter your code during signup. Success is recorded at their first authenticated app sign-in (including sign-in immediately after signup). You receive 20 points and your friend receives 10 points. Each new user can be credited only once and can have only one referrer. Existing users are not eligible as new referrals.

4. Redemption

1000 points can be redeemed for Rs. 1000. One point equals Rs. 1. Request payment in the app once eligible. Points are deducted only when an authorised administrator marks the payment as paid. Pending requests reserve those points.

5. Fair use

Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, using your own email or phone for a friend, automated signups, misleading promotions and spam are prohibited. Hire Route may reject referrals, withhold rewards, investigate misuse and suspend access. Do not share another person’s personal details without their permission.

6. Payments and tax

Payments are manually reviewed. Provide your UPI details only when requesting payment. Our team will review your request and confirm the expected payment date. If any deductions apply, we will explain them before processing your payment.

7. Programme changes

Hire Route may modify, pause or end the programme and will publish updated terms. Rewards remain subject to verification and the rules applicable to each referral. Points are not a bank deposit or a guarantee of employment.
