At Airtel, he joined as Manager – HR in November 2012 and was subsequently promoted to Senior Manager in September 2014. Kaifee holds a postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, which he completed in 2009. He also earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Garden City College, Bengaluru, in 2006.
