About the role

News4Bharat is hiring a Business Development Intern in Noida to support sales and GTM activities and help grow business leads. This role includes freelance-style options on a commission basis, based on performance. What you'll do: • Support lead generation and prospect outreach for News4Bharat partnerships • Assist in pitching and communicating product/value to prospective clients • Maintain and update lead and follow-up records in the assigned system • Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, demos, and outreach planning • Help convert interested leads through timely follow-ups and stakeholder communication What we need: • Good communication skills with a confident, friendly personality • Basic understanding of business development and sales processes • Ability to engage prospects, handle follow-ups, and work towards targets • Comfort with field/market outreach and meeting new people • Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of lead progress
