About the role

Hire Route is hiring for Sales and Marketing for our Sales & GTM team in Noida. You’ll drive lead generation and pipeline growth using field sales, cold calls, and email marketing to support revenue goals. What you'll do: • Identify and engage potential customers via field sales and cold calls • Generate leads and set up meetings through email marketing campaigns • Qualify leads, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM updates • Support day-to-day sales outreach, messaging, and campaign coordination • Work with the team to improve conversion through feedback on lead quality What we need: • Experience in sales and marketing roles with a hands-on approach • Strong ability to do cold calls and manage high-volume outreach • Working knowledge of email marketing and basic campaign follow-up • Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers in the Noida/nearby market • Clear communication and persistence in follow-ups
