Hamsaz Vasunia Wadhwani Joins Vastu Housing Finance as Chief Human Resources Officer

Mumbai, October 29, 2026: Vastu Housing Finance Corporation Limited has appointed Hamsaz Vasunia Wadhwani as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its leadership team with an experienced HR professional who has worked across banking, executive search, talent management and organisational development.

According to a News4Bharat report on Hamsaz Vasunia Wadhwani’s appointment as Vastu Housing Finance CHRO, she brings more than 25 years of professional experience, including over 18 years in senior human resources positions.

In her new role, Wadhwani will oversee the company’s human resources function, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, leadership capabilities and organisational culture.

A Career Spanning Banking, HR Consulting and People Leadership

Before joining Vastu Housing Finance, Wadhwani served as Chief Executive and Co-founder of The 7th Fold, an organisational consulting firm focused on workplace culture, employee well-being, leadership development and HR transformation.

During her tenure, she worked with businesses to strengthen their people management capabilities and offered shared CHRO advisory services to startups and growing organisations.

Earlier, she spent more than a decade at DCB Bank as Head of HR and Training, where she was responsible for human resources operations, recruitment, employee development, performance management and learning initiatives.

Her professional journey also includes associations with EmmayHR Services, WNS Global Services and Randstad, giving her experience across corporate HR, recruitment and organisational consulting.

Alongside her professional experience, Wadhwani holds an MSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol and a diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from NMIMS.
